JERSEY SHIPPING

Your shipping price will depend on the weight of the products. During checkout, you can choose your type of delivery. We aim to get all items delivered within 2-3 working days of order being place. Custom orders may vary.

UK SHIPPING

Your shipping price will depend on the weight of the products. During checkout, you can choose your type of delivery. We aim to get all items shipped within 5-7 working days of order being place. Custom orders may vary.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return an item within 14 days of receipt in perfect condition in the correct packaging if gift boxed. 

Unfortunately bespoke orders cannot be returned unless faulty. 

To return your order: 

1. Email hello@winstonhome.cowith your reason for return. 
2. Return the product(s) in original condition, complete with packaging.
3. Following a satisfactory inspection of your returned items I will issue a refund for your goods between 2-3 working days.

We do not accept unauthorised returns. 

We apologise but we are unable to reimburse the postage on items that are being returned, unless this has been prior agreement. You are also responsible whilst the product is in transit, we recommend sending it back insured and signed for.

 

Once you’ve contacted and returned the product(s) back in its original condition within 30 days of receiving your item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally and the prices vary depending on weight. I try to ship most of my international products tracked and signed, but this can vary depending on the country. Due to COVID-19, please expect delay. Usually 5-7 working days.

CANCELLATIONS 

Only available if product(s) have not been shipped yet. Please contact me for any cancellations.
